Account Payable Clerk with French

Job description

On this position you will validate and process invoice for vendors of our client. You will process invoices including investigating discrepancies, response to reminders and confirm invoices ready for payment.

We are looking for candidate who would like to work 5-6 hours a day.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Make postings of Invoices and Credit Notes in SAP

• Invoice processing for special type of invoices

• Ad hoc Communication with vendors and local business units

• Issues clarifications with local business units and vendors

• General Admin Tasks

• Monitoring non-payers and follow up with local business units & vendors

• Ad hoc reporting

Qualifications :

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Able to communicate in English and French at advanced level

• Able to pay attention to detail and follow procedures, manuals

• Analytical skills

• High degree of independence

• Resilience and flexibility

• Microsoft Excel user

• Previous accounting experience or experience in accounting systems (SAP) is a advantage
