JOB DESCRIPTION:

SG&A Expense Control (A&P)

• Handle actual SG&A spending validation in compliance with proposal approval, purchase contract and measure the cost efficiencies
• Perform actual SG&A expense payment validation with budget owners in compliance with contract and business activity reconciliation
• Verify contract BNPPP and QIP with Ethical sales team and validate actual spends
• Handle SG&A accrual at month-end closing in compliance with accounting policy
• Co-ordinate with responsible functions to drive the efficiencies by process simplification, system enhancement and high productivity performance
• Measure the efficiencies of some specific investments (PG by store level, POSM visibility, etc.)

Sampling Process management

• Verify sampling requests in compliance with budget and objective of proposal approval
• Handle sampling registrations to Local Government if required
• Co-ordinate with across functions to support sampling advanced to Ethical field force and Marketing
• Perform sampling control in system and follow up actual sampling data settlement in compliance with OEC policy
• Manage sampling process in term of budget control, compliance and efficiency
• Handle sampling accrual based on sampling advance and executed in market

Consumer Promotion management

• Ensure promotion mechanics are executed in compliance with approved proposal
• HandleHandle consumer promotion registration in compliance with Local Government regulation
• Handle Gift code master data in local system (P2P, Compiere and DMS)
• Manage Gift inventory control in system Compiere and DMS in term of automation and efficiency
• Monitor Gift inventory at branch WHs and CMM WHs and Gift promotion pack
• Co-ordinate with across functions to manage end-to-end Gift promotion process
• Perform actual promotion data validation in compliance with proposal approval and control Gift inventory post promotion
• Manage Gift inventory at distributors in DMS

Control and Compliance management

i. Control and Compliance management:

• Understand the insight of execution and co-ordinate with steak-holders to enhance system control (DMS, Compiere, P2P, etc.) and comply with business process
• Ensure actual expenses validation in connection with business activities and in line with proposal approval

ii. Local government regulation:

• Have basis experience of tax to ensure all expenses are complied with Tax regulation and co-ordinate with Tax accountant to balance business need with Tax regulation
• Handle contract review with Procurement, Tax accountant and Legal to ensure that all contract terms are complied with all respective requirements

iii. Corporate Policy:

• Manage all SG&A spends in compliance with Corporate Accounting Policy
• Handle internal control in compliance with SOX

Others

• Provide financial support to Trade Sales & CMM to execute trade promotion mechanic in compliance with approved proposals and budget
• Perform financial analysis on SG&A expenses in connection with business activities
• Co-ordinate with Trade Sales and Commercial Excellence to build, monitor and control Gift Inventory at distributor site
• Co-ordinate with CFS team to maintain and manage regular and ad-hoc business financial and operational information to fulfil Operations and Local 3A ANI Management
