JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

To play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing Trade Marketing activities and activations as well as customers' & shoppers' expectations

• Reporting directly to: Trade Marketing Manager
• High frequency of interaction: Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing
• Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh

2, Core job responsibilities:

Launch Support:

• Work with relevant functions to prepare for the launching activities during pre-launch period.
• Track and monitor the KPIs to measure the success of the new launch
• Co-ordinate with other functions to support sales team in deployment of launch plan.
• Work with sales team to deploy trade marketing activities for new launch
• Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key markets.
• Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.

Functional Coordination:

• Work with other functions internally (sales, Supply Chain, Marketing & Finance) as well as externally (Agencies, Key Accounts & Shoppers) as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.
• Conduct market visits in coordination with Sales & Marketing
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Core Skill Requirement

• Good at communication skills
• English fluency, especially excellence in communication & content building
• Proficient skills in MS Office, excellence in power point
• Creativity and dynamic in planning new things to enhance the value of company’s events
• Enthusiastic in working professional environment
• Must be commitment on assigned project
• Can work at least 4 months

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

•  Final year or bachelor students in Marketing & Business Administration
