JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function

Assists in the IT systems support development needs between the Global Service Desk,  IT and business areas.
Applies IT and business knowledge and experience to formulate business requirements
and support triage information to solve for a business problem.
Works with clients on activities of moderate complexity; consults with clients
, senior IT personnel, and Global Service Desk leads to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve for technology related business problems.

Core Job Responsibilities

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
Performs work using existing standards, methodologies & processes and understands other systems/business processes relationship to each other. 
Partners with Corporate service providers to investigate alternatives, which use existing applications. 
May assist in preparing, developing and conducting clients and systems training.
Completes project tasks within time and budget constraints. 

Position Accountability  / Scope

Work directed by higher level analyst and/or management.

Is open and comfortable with continuous change.

Delivers support design services built on the end user experience as the primary goal.

Ability to manage process flow steps, do technical writing, and test agent knowledge articles using an IT level 1 and desktop services aptitudes.

Good verbal and written communications skills to support a service partnership role with IT technicians and leads.  

Assists in determining business requirements and developing a positive relationship with the business.
Work is reviewed to determine if desired results and objectives have been achieved

Implements measurements to show improvement results against given result expectations

Minimum Education- to perform this job.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience/Training Required to perform this job.

1-2 years of experience
