JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible to supervise and organize the ethical sales team to achieve business objectives and work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing directions.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· University degree preferably in science or business.
· Minimum 6-10 years of professional sales experience in the healthcare industry.
· Minimum 3-5 years of people management experience.
· Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
· Must be driven, a team leader and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Achieve sales growth and targets by overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
· Build the capabilities of the team by actively coaching them through regular field visits.
· Design and implement strategic sales plans to support company goals and achieve sales performance target.
· Translate marketing strategies into day to day working sales executional plans.
· Keep abreast of the market and competitive trends & developments to ensure that the company stays ahead of competition.
· Manage objectives & targets setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
· Ensure that segmentation & targeting of customers are appropriately reviewed in order to plan the right level of manpower requirements and territory allocation to achieve optimal coverage.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Ensure data integrity and compliance to Ethics & Compliance policies.
