JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the execution of sales team redeployment:
  • Learn the structure from other FMCG companies, especially the Nutritional Organization
  • Support the training process to deploy the new structure of the Sales Team
  • Field visit to understand the execution of ANI sales team
• Support SFE Manager to maximize the performance of MT & EC team
  • Propose & monitor Fundamental KPIs to reflect and improve the performance
  • Support Sales team to understand & monitor their Monthly Incentive KPIs;  Quarterly, Half year Awards and Full Year Goal
  • Monitor and Instruct Sales team to follow standard Sales Operation Process
• Figure out business Insights via Dashboard & reports
  • Propose automation tools to extract and manage data from different sources effectively
  • Integrate data from different sources to create business insights
