Our location in Austin TX, currently has an opportunity for a Sales and Field Inventory Analyst. In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day administration and implementation of field inventory, territory alignment and operations strategy for Abbott Neuromodulation’s US Commercial business.  This position also plays a key role on various cross-functional projects by providing data and analytics related to inventory and commercial operation drivers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·  Design, build and maintain business analysis and reports in SalesForce and other reporting systems.
·  Analyze and collect data to provide opportunities and insights around commercial operations and field inventory usage and control.
·  Create standard dashboards providing insight into key business drivers related to commercial operations and field inventory.
·  Communicate findings and periodic results analysis to impacted parties.
·  Support multiple departments including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Quality in achieving shared business goals
·  Collaborate with Finance and Compensation to manage quota setting, territory alignments and other requirements
·  Create and document standardized processes to streamline business decisions.

Accountability

·  Ensures appropriate integrity and reasonableness of data as well as compliance with Corporate/Division policies and procedures.
·  Responsible for adherence to Abbott accounting policies and procedures (CFMs).
·  Seek guidance and deliver proposed solutions on issues outside of normal scope.
·  Very organized with good interpersonal, communication, and presentations skills.
·  Operate with minimal supervision on projects with significant interface across functions and groups.
·  Balance demands of a variety of customers with potentially conflicting goals.
·  Meet deadlines and balance workload requirements.
·  Accountable for meeting critical project deliverables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

·  1-3 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other field requiring analytical aptitude.
·  Experience in SAP, Sales Force, Excel, other data analysis programs working with large data sets.
·  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
·  Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
·  Adaptability and ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively and work under pressure deadlines.
·  Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
·  Strong oral and written communication skills.
