Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1, Summary:
The intern will support PMO manager to work & lead cross functional teams to execute strategic/substantial projects. PMO is the integral part of leadership team and report to General Manager.
- Report directly to: Tran Quoc So – PMO Manager
- High interaction with cross functions: Regional team, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand, Regulatory & Finance team.
- Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities: support PMO manager to:
- Make the business case and get management team’s approval for the above projects.
- Support cross functional teams to execute these projects to ensure the projects launched timely
- Support to develop project KPIs, process, timeline & required documents to meet deliverables
- Closely follow up & track the execution & delivery of project actions. Ensure regular problem solving, de-bottlenecking
Core Skill Requirement
- Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Fluency in English (business level) and Vietnamese
- Microsoft Office Suite fluency
