JOB DESCRIPTION:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Summary:
- Report to: Brand Manager/Marketing Manager
- High frequency of interaction: Marketing, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, etc.
- Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities:
Deliver marketing plan execution as the tasks below:
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Assist with daily administrative duties, including PR, PO, QC, Receiving, agency liaison and management, appointment/meeting room booking & logistics etc.
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Prepare detailed promotional activity and alignment with trade team.
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
- Record keeping of all develop marketing asset both physical and electronic
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Core Skill Requirement
- Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Fluency in English (business level) and Vietnamese
- Good Analytical thinking
- Microsoft Office Suite fluency
Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent time management and outstanding multitasking abilities.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Graduate or Undergraduate level
