JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirements
Minimum University degree in applied economics
Preferably up to 4-5 years in financial planning and reporting role
Medical Device and/or Pharma Industry experience is considered an asset
Excellent command of English
Understanding Local Area, International and Division Planning and Reporting processes
Advanced Excel, Information Systems and software skills; SAP knowledge is considered an asset
Highly Analytical, dynamic and motivated

Responsibilities
Assure accuracy of financial transactions and reporting
Sales Reporting on a daily basis (per account, franchise)
Timely and accurate Plan/Update/LBE submissions
Timely and accurate actual reporting (Sales and OPEX) and monthly variance analysis
A/R Reporting on Divisional level per customer
Inventory stock analysis
Organize and produce the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the timetable required;
Work closely with Commercial Division management and local CFS;
Actively contribute to the preparation and submission of Quarterly LBE and Annual Planning phases;
Provide Ad Hoc support and solutions to meet local business decision making, planning and reporting requirements
