JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibility
This is a Technical sales support position where the individual is responsible for servicing the current customer base, with high level technical service on CRM procedures and products. S/he will be responsible for effectively dealing with customer 's needs towards assistance for CRM procedures and support. S/he will have an in-depth understanding of our product lines and will play a key role of supporting the sales team.
Role & Responsitbility
- Give high technical support to customer base .
- Actively collaborate with the sales team in order to ensure efficient sales support to CRM procedures and support giving more selling time to the sales team to achieve sale quota per plan
- Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and Quality guidelines
- Follow the best practices guidelines before and after the sales support (see attachment 1 + 2)
- Maintain thorough knowledge/awareness of competitive products.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner and with highest integrity
- Is responsible to comply with the H.C.P. guide lines
Skills and Experience:
- French speaking + English and Dutch
- 5 years experience in medical device (cardiology preferably)
- Technical oriented
- Sales/commercial attitude
- Extensive travel (region South Belgium)
