JOB DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support EP sessions at new and developing EP centres
- Support EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases.
Education and Training
- Manage training of staff and customers in the most efficacious use of the latest technologies and to facilitate awareness of broader indications for use of SJM AF products:
- Work closely with AF Product Managers to remain abreast of most recent technological advances / developments and products.
- Collaborate with AF Educators to assess, plan and deliver educational needs of internal customers. This may include the preparation and delivery of in-house training and field certification programs. Also assist in co-ordinating annual re-certification programs.
- Plan and develop educational programs to meet the needs of external customers.
- Maintain education/technical/clinical materials and disseminate to internal and external customers.
- Manage the setup, evaluate and provide feedback to the AF-CRM team on new technologies and products regarding the utility and application of these therapies.
- Review product manuals, communiqués and memorandums for technical accuracy.
- Prepare written technical/clinical memoranda on products and their issues that will be distributed to the field sales force.
- Assist team members in their preparation for the IBHRE exam.
Support to Sales
- Develops a clear understanding of sales force effectiveness (SFE) imperatives by undertaking sales skills training and engaging with territory managers to better understand the key objectives designed to drive business growth.
- Encourage customers to use SJM products through trials, training sessions and case studies
- Assist sales team with advanced product demonstrations to customers.
Technical Expertise
- Support EP sessions at EP centres
- Support EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases
- Support EP sessions at EP Centres and EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases including high level, accurate technical service/troubleshooting advice
- Provide market feedback on SJM product direction/strategy/materials, as well as competitor activity and products.
- Develop presentation materials to be used by AF teams for sales calls and in-services.
- Attend to / comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the timeframe directed by your Manager
- Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required
- Some out of hours call outs at short notice may be required to fulfil your duties.
- Some interstate and possibly international travel is required to fulfil your duties.
- Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.
- Handle and document customer complaints according to SJM Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure
- Action any other customer complaints with relevant division
