JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and customer focussed candidate to contribute to our fantastic customer support team. This will be a 4 months fixed term contract to assist the team with an ongoing project. You will be a part of a very high performing customer focused team and your key responsibilities would be:

  • Receive, process, fill and dispatch customer orders
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Actively participate in process reviews to promote continuous improvement of service levels
  • Processing customer sales and service inquiries received by phone, fax and e-mail
  • Maintaining accurate consignment records for both customers and field staff
  • Co-ordination and completion of field consignment stocktakes
  • Co-ordination and maintenance of inventory control activities ensuring that stock is purchased at the correct price, quantity and delivered by the due date.
  • Adhere to Quality procedures to maintain ISO compliance
  • Liaise with Accounts Department on invoice issues

In order to be successful in this role you would ideally have:

  • SAP experience
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MFG Pro skills advantageous
  • Previous customer service in a sales support environment.  Experience within the medical industry an advantage
  • Tertiary qualifications are an advantage
