Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Reporting directly to: Production Manager
- Subordinate: NA
- High frequency of interaction: Operator of secondary packaging area
- Working location: Glomed Factory, VSIP1, Binh Duong
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect data of process time in about 1-2 months
- Propose improvement ideas
- Implement improvement activities and evaluate the difference before and after improvement
- Assists to build and sustain a culture of Continuous Improvement
- Works closely with all levels to create and sustain a Continuous Improvement Culture by assessing and evaluating opportunities for improvement activities.
- Implement, support and follow improvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
