- Receiving calls from customers for ordering and transfer to related division.
- Answering queries from customers and follow up the results.
- Make calls for telemarketing and telesales to potential customers to introduce products, promotion programs and get orders every day.
- Make calls to customers for celebrating birthday, grand opening…
- Directly update customer’s information to system.
- Weekly & monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Sex: Female/Male
- Education background: College
- Good in handling situation.
- Have expressive voice.
- Have experiences working in Call Center.
- Have medical knowledge is a plus.
