JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Participate in and coordinate with members of ANI BHR as well as other functional departments on different processes to ensure and maintain the data accuracy and security at all times, such as:
- Monitor ANI HR Workforce Dashboard (Turnover, headcount).
- Monitor ANI Hiring process
- Coordinate for PDP process
- Coordinate for RLBE update
- Support BHR for logistics & administration work, including Payment request and expense report for department
- Special projects as directed by BHR Director
- Deliver other tasks assigned by BHR
