Under the responsibility of our Talent Manager and in collaboration with the production team, you will have to:

Process the applications received
Realize sourcing by direct approach on internal and external CV Databases
Use the Boolean logic on social networks and the web
Screen candidates by telephone
Prepare application packages
Coordinate interviews between your candidates and your client
Manage the closing phases
Manage your client portfolio
Carry out reports on your activities
Manage and update the candidate database
Participate in the development of social media strategies
Co-Animate digital communities
Monitor and analyze your actions on a daily basis

Profil recherché

This job is made for you if...

You are passionate about new techniques and HR issues.
You have experience in an HR firm, at least 1 year.
You are excited to undertake several projects and assignments at the same time.
You are a graduate of a business school, a master's degree in HR or marketing.
You have a proven track record in the HR field with solid results.
You are organized, curious, multi-tasked and self-reliant.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, including English...
